Group rates and discounts

Group discount for multiple attending participants from a single organization may apply as follows:

• 15% discount to be applied to the second participant registration fees

• 25% discount to be applied to the third participant registration fees

• 30% discount to be applied to the fourth and any subsequent participant registration fees

Course withdrawal

Course withdrawal should be made in writing to Edrak.

In case of course withdrawal, the following will apply:

• Withdrawal made more than 20 days prior to the course date: full refund will be applied to the participant

• Withdrawal made less than 20 days but more than 15 days prior to the course date: 70% of the registration fees will be refunded to the participant

• Withdrawal made less than 15 days prior to the course date: 20% of the registration fees will be refunded to the participant

Course cancellation

Edrak has the right to cancel any of the offered courses or any other services outline in our website, provided that the registration fees be fully refunded to the clients

General conditions

Our experts will not address any project specific questions during any of the offered courses. All our training services are meant for academic discussions only. In no event shall any of the provided information in any of our training services be used for any purpose other than academic discussion without prior written permission of Edrak. Edrak will not bear any liability that could directly or indirectly result from relying on any information discussed or provided through any of our provided services.
